This 24-unit clustered housing in Greek Revival style on a five-acre site preserves two acres as a natural hemlock grove. Units are spacious at 2,300 square feet and feature lofts overlooking vaulted living rooms. Six of the units were sold below market cost in accordance with the Commonwealth of Massachusetts' Chapter 40B Affordable Housing program.
